Debbie is a lifelong resident of Lebanon .  She has been an active member of a Baptist church all of her adult life and she is currently a member of Immanuel Baptist Church located in Lebanon .

She is a graduate of Cumberland College and Middle Tennessee State University .  Prior to dealing in real estate, Debbie was a teacher at Lebanon Christian Academy and Director of Operations at Medical Data Services.

As a General Partner with C & W Properties, Debbie has been a real estate investor for over ten years.  During this time, she has gained hands-on experience in various facets of the real estate business consisting of but not limited to investing in rental property and rehabbing property. In addition, she is a General Contractor with Professional Management & Development, LLC in new home construction.  This has enabled her to help first time home buyers purchase a home and also provided her the opportunity to prevent some homeowners experiencing financial difficulty from foreclosure.
